This is such a busy time of year and for this week; I’m keeping it short and sweet. I wanted to quickly connect, let you know I was thinking about you, share a style tip and wish you Happy Holidays!
As I was thinking about what to share, my attention quickly turned to my closet. When I thought about the things that built the foundation of my brand style wardrobe, it came down to eight had-to-have essential items that built on each other and allowed me to quickly multiply combinations that made my daily style routine effortless.

My Eight Great Brand Style Statement Pieces
1-Push-up Bra
A great push up bra is an essential foundation and is amazing! It really pushes my breasts up and as a result, places them in a more youthful position, improves my posture, lengthens my torso to create more space between my breasts and hipbone for a more slimming effect, gotta love that!
2-Statement Necklace
The statement necklace name is so descriptive; it really makes a statement! When I shop, I keep my eye out for necklaces that catch my eye and make my heart beat a little faster, then I know it’s ‘the one’. This is the only item I’ll buy on impulse since it’s not easy to find a spectacular necklace when I’m looking for it. A great statement necklace can make the outfit, is memorable, creates drama and makes a statement about my style!
3-Long Scarves
I keep a variety of long scarves in several colors from my brand style color palette to keep easily on hand. They add variety to my wardrobe and create an instantly chic look!
4-Blazer
This is where fit is everything. A beautifully tailored blazer shaped to perfection sculpts curves and makes a statement of quality and professionalism. A great blazer is a staple that has the flexibility to be dressed up or down, worn for work or with jeans for leisure to have casual polish. When I buy a blazer, I won’t skimp, I splurge; quality shows and speaks volumes for this clothing category.
5-Leather Jacket
A fabulous leather jacket gives an ageless, modern look to your style. It’s a foundational piece that I wear as a blazer alternative when I’m in the mood to add a little edge. It’s flexible enough to also convey elegance when styled as a monochromatic look or paired with dressier pieces.
6-Jeans
If there was one item that I considered a hall of fame enduring classic worn by most, jeans would top my list as the winner! A great pair of jeans with just the right fit; tapers beautifully and the perfect wash is the go-to item that gets the most wear in most of our closets. I’m no exception here; my favorite jeans are a repeat performer!
7-Knee-High Boots
I love to slip on knee high boots to instantly add chic sophistication or casual elegance to any outfit, with dresses or pants!
8-Sheath Dress
As you’ve heard from me before, I LOVE a good sheath dress! I treat it like a beautiful canvas that I wear with a statement necklace or scarf. I’ll change the look and add a belt, layer with a vest, blazer or leather jacket, so flexible.
